Below you’ll find answers to common questions about my photography, how to browse and purchase artwork through my site, and what to expect when investing in one of my fine art prints. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact me directly by phone or email.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering is simple. Each artwork page includes dropdown menus where you can choose your preferred size and finish. After making your selections, just enter your details and proceed to checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and the site is regularly updated with the latest security measures to keep your information safe.

HOW LARGE CAN YOUR WORK BE PRODUCED?

Most pieces are available in sizes ranging from 24 inches up to 60 inches on the longest side directly through the website. For select images, larger formats can be arranged upon request, depending on the image in question. 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES?

Yes, custom sizing is available. I can also adjust cropping to better suit your space. If a requested size might compromise the image quality, I’ll let you know and help find an option that works beautifully.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN YOUR VARIOUS PRINT OPTIONS?

I offer several presentation styles across a range of print mediums. Each option has its own look and feel, from modern high-gloss finishes to more traditional photographic paper. Detailed comparisons are available to help you choose what suits your space best.

WHAT ARE ACRYLIC FINE ART PRINTS?

Acrylic prints are a premium display option where the image is face-mounted beneath a crystal-clear acrylic surface. This process enhances depth, contrast, and vibrancy, giving the artwork a luminous, almost backlit appearance.

They are widely considered a step above traditional paper, canvas, or metal prints in both appearance and durability.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING?

Yes. My acrylic prints can be paired with external frames using high-end Italian mouldings from Roma. I have access to their full catalog, along with other custom framing options upon request.

HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

Pricing typically ranges from $250 to $3,000, offering options for a variety of budgets. Larger pieces (over 60 inches) and international orders involve additional costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Production times depend on the print type:

• Standard photographic prints: about 21 business days
• Acrylic and specialty prints: around 28 business days

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because each piece is made to order, returns are generally not accepted. That said, I stand behind the quality of my work and take great care to ensure it exceeds expectations.

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship worldwide. International orders (outside of Canada) will incur additional shipping fees, and buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.

HOW DO I DISPLAY THE PRINTS?

Loose Fuji Pearl prints are shipped pre-mounted to foam core. These pieces arrive ready to frame. Unframed acrylic and aluminum prints come with a floating mount system that allows the artwork to sit slightly off the wall for a clean, modern look. A hanging system (such as a French cleat or Z-bar) is included.

HOW DO I LIGHT MY ARTWORK?

Lighting can dramatically enhance the appearance of your print. Proper lighting brings out depth, color, and detail—often creating a subtle glowing effect.
